We chose Shanan at QualBuilt after having a bad experience with another building company. From the outset, Shanan displayed all the traits that we were looking for in the person we were to trust this major investment too. Working with QualBuilt, the entire project ran to budget and on time. Shanan was always there to help us through the stages of the build and guide us when decisions needed to be made. We found QualBuilt to be entirely professional whilst maintaining an honest, friendly and approachable manner in all our exchanges. We got a real sense that QualBuilt were as invested in producing a quality build as we were. Any minor mistakes were always quickly rectified and our satisfaction with the build progress was checked along the way. This means that we now have a house which we love, built to a high standard, and through a process that we found enjoyable. Shanan’s work is of a high standard and he is careful and considerate in his approach.  Shanan is very easy to work with, communicates well and is respected by subcontractors.  The building company we initially employed subcontracted the work to Shanan.  The building company went into liquidation during the building of our home.  Shanan coped with this well and was cooperative and worked with us to the ultimate outcome of a well built home and on-time move in date!
